Re-novateurs refurbished and added an extension to a commercial agency in Lille. To achieve this project, the team started with demolishing an existing extension in the form of a conservatory which was in very poor shape. Then, we created an extension made of Cegetherme isolating pumice stone, in order to give more space to the agency. An isolated screed was applied in order to level the floor. A flat roof was made, with a large velux window which lets in zenithal light.
An inner lining was added and all of the walls and ceilings were painted. A recreational area was created : it containes amongst other things, a kitchen, and is ideal for a new generation temp agency.
