This year, an important project was entrusted to Ré-novateurs: the transformation of an old apartment into an office space. As the property was very old, it needed to be completely refurbished.

Here is an overview of the apartment before the renovation:

Ré-novateur’s objectives for this project were to optimize the space, modernize the property, and create a functional and pleasant working space.

On our planning:

• Replacement of wall frames
• Opening of walls
• Restoration of the sanitary spaces and the kitchen
• Renovation of the walls and the ceilings, the latter with creation of moldings and a suspended ceiling with integrated lighting (to add a touch of design)
• Replacement of the parquet in accordance with the traditional method described here
• Addition of carpeting in certain rooms
• Additional masonry, plumbing, painting, tiling, sanitary, external carpentry and glazing work
